My darlings
I came across this picture and it took me back to the beautiful summer days. How they can play and have school outside and time just kinda drags along. I love it. They love it. It just seems so much less stressful. The long days and warm nights, kids playing in the neighborhood. The sounds of a basketball game down the road and kids riding the bikes laughing and playing. I am so awed at God's perfect timing. We all need those days. We all enjoy those days and lean an everlasting ear to it.

A snapshot of the day
In the rush of it all, I stop to see how God could use even the smallest undesirable circumstance to show his great love for us. While watching my kids run around and play at the Y, I could just feel the soft smile of the Father. How happy they were in that moment of time. They had no cares or worries of the day. I am, however; stressing with a laundry list of questions. "where are they?, will one run off to get water? Will they fall and get hurt?, will I be able to keep up with them all in this big room with so many other kids running around?" So much of the time I miss the joy because of the fear. I had to choose to melt into his peace. And when i did i began to see their joy. I have been so blessed and entrusted with much. My four little darlings.
